02_MINIMIZATION
Only what's needed.
We process the minimum required to deliver a useful signal. Nothing more. Nothing kept longer than it needs to be. Retention is short, configurable, and visible to you.
03_OWNERSHIP
Your data stays yours.
You decide what is processed, where it lives, and when it disappears. We are a processor, not the owner of your operations. Centralys is built to be removed as cleanly as it was installed.
How signals are produced
Centralys runs against the systems you already operate — no new collection, no new hardware required. The output is a small number of operational signals — not a record of who was there.

Aligned with the rules that matter
Centralys is built to fit the regulatory reality of operating in Switzerland and the EU. Compliance is treated as a baseline — not a feature.
- Swiss FADP — the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (in force since September 2023). Centralys is designed to fit the principles of proportionality, transparency, and data minimization.
- EU GDPR — for clients with EU exposure, processing is aligned with GDPR principles and your role as data controller is preserved.
- Audit-ready documentation — on request, we provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), a description of processing activities, and the records you need for your own files.
- No re-purposing — signals generated for your business are used to serve your business. That's it.

RETENTION
You set the window.
Define how long signals are retained — from hours to days, on your terms. Older data ages out automatically.
DELETION
Request, and it's gone.
Ask for deletion at any time, for any reason. We honour it within the legal window — and confirm it back to you.
